An inward journey to articulate breath and postures in such a way that students will learn how to feel postures from the inside to create strength and flexibility. From slow progressive sequences to longer holding postures, this class balances the mind and body in a focused and calming class. This class is meant to serve all students.
An inviting class that builds energy and endurance slowly, using breathe and movement to create space in the body and mind. Appropriate for beginners and for those looking to soften or modify their practice. Plenty of modifications will be presented to students with any physical limitations.
A practice to find peace by surrender. Yin Yoga utilizes long-held postures, breath and patience to release and transform the connective tissue of the body. This practice is suitable for all levels of practitioners and can be modified for those with any limitations.
The Sunday Sweat
A culmination of our week at Yoga Lab. Looking for a weekend release or detox? This class will provide the challenging sweat you need and deserve, with elements from our Core Flow classes and some free flow vinyasa. A challenging flow to get you ready for the week ahead!
Happy Hour Power
A pre-happy hour class that will help you release your week and kick off your weekend the right way! Our entire studio space will open up for this upbeat and fun Vinyasa Power flow ending in sweet relaxation. You will float right out of the doors into the vibrant Friday night scene.
A hybrid of yang (active yoga) and yin (passive yoga). We will begin with thirty minutes of vinyasa yoga to build warmth and flow with fundamental yoga postures while connecting with breath and mindful movement. We will finish with thirty minutes of yin yoga to create flexibility and softness to release connective tissues and restructure integrity into the joints. Vinyasa will remove the energy blockages that have accumulated throughout your day.
