Why do you practice yoga?
     My very first class on a veranda overlooking the ocean in Kauai hooked me - peace, freedom, visceral self connection, inspiration.

Who/what inspires you?
     Anyone in creation of their dream and anyone using their voice to share and inspire.

What would no one guess about you?
     Most TV shows and commercials make me cry... Drives my son crazy!

What can you not live without?
      Waterproof mascara

What is the most adventurous thing you've ever done?
      Traveling alone to Thailand for two weeks from Tokyo where I was an exchange student.
