So often we are rushing from one thing to the next. We pride ourselves at being the best, doing the most, checking things off of our list, and having mental endurance. Many of us are masters at multi-tasking; handling multiple things at once, we even secretly love the rush of the busy-ness....
But....what if we
Just
Slowed
Down.
When is the last time you tried to do onething at a time?
When is the last time you tried to do onething at a time? Can you finish one thing, without thinking about the next?
When is the last time you had a conversation with someone and were fully engaged - you didn't stop to text, didn't interrupt... didn't get sidetracked?
When is the last time you simply made dinner, and only made dinner. No social media. No TV. No reading the mail. No talking on the phone.
Nothing but quietness and simplicity 🙂
When is the last time you came to your Yoga mat, you were fully there, and you only focused on your Yoga?

Stop. Look around. Be patient. Be still. Do your Yoga, and be content with where your body meets you.

Can you master the skill of slowing down?
