PAYMENT POLICY

A $500 non-refundable deposit for the program must be paid at the time of registration.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

If a participant cancels at least 6 weeks prior to the start date of the Training, he or she will receive a refund of all tuition monies paid as of such cancellation date, less the $500 non-refundable deposit. If a participant cancels prior to the start of the Program but within 6 weeks of the start of the Program, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of any tuition paid; however, he or she will receive a credit to be used towards a future Yoga Lab training program equal to 100% of all tuition paid as of such cancellation date, less the $500 non-refundable deposit. If a participant cancels on or following the start date of the Program, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of any tuition paid; however, he or she will receive a credit to be used towards a future Yoga Lab training program equal to 50% of the pro-rated unused portion of tuition paid as of such cancellation date, less the $500 non-refundable application fee.  Credit will expire within 12 months of the issued date.

This program requires 100% of your participation and presence to receive your certificate of completion. Any unexcused absence is cause for removal from the program without a refund. Yoga Lab reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. Yoga Lab reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
