Registered Dietitian, Karli Sander, MS, RD, LD/N completed her Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and dietetic internship at The University of Florida in 2001. Since then she has been practicing in Naples with specialties in clinical dietetics and wellness.


What can a Registered Dietitian do for you?


As a Registered Dietitian (RD), Karli can provide you with the highest level of nutrition counseling as she has completed extensive education and training established by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). She can provide you with personally tailored nutrition advice based on your medical history and personal goals. At your first visit, Karli will learn about your health history, eating and exercise habits and review lab results in order to personalize your nutrition prescription. Karli can help you manage any chronic diseases, navigate food allergies, intolerances or sensitivities and assist you in achieving your ideal weight.

Initial Consultation

Initial Consultation (1 hr): Complete nutrition assessment including review of medical, weight and diet history, review of eating patterns and preferences, calculating your nutritional needs, establishing your meal plan, education on your personal dietary guidelines and setting specific goals.

Follow-up Session

Follow-up Sessions (30 min.): Review of your progress, review of food records and meal plans, revision of your plan as needed, and opportunity for questions.


Dieting and lifestyle changes can be a challenge on your own. With all of life’s distractions and temptations it can be difficult to stay accountable to your diet and exercise goals. Working with an experienced registered dietitian will provide you with the extra attention you need to reach your goals. This is why Karli offers a personalized 6-week weight management program to partner with you in achieving your weight loss goals.


At your initial 60 minute consultation, Karli will learn about your health history and eating and exercise habits to personalize your nutrition prescription. Karli will help you manage any chronic diseases, navigate food allergies, intolerances or sensitivities and assist you in achieving your ideal weight. Karli will then provide weekly virtual reassessments through an app called My Fitness Pal. She will assess your food diary and exercise log weekly and provide feedback to help you on your journey. She is also available in the studio in person three days per week for questions and feedback.

What does this 6-week weight management program include?

  •  60 minute initial consultation

  •  6 weekly virtual reassessments

  •  Review of medical, diet and exercise history

  •  Before and after weight and body measurements 

  •  Before and after picture in your favorite yoga pose (if desired)

  •  Calculation and evaluation of weight using ideal body weight (IBW) and Body  mass index (BMI)

  •  Calculation of calorie, protein and fluid needs

  •  Calculation of calorie and macronutrient goals

  •  Education on how to build macros to reach your daily goals

  •  Education on My Fitness Pal App

  •  Education based on problem areas in medical, diet and exercise history

  •  Multiple nutrition handouts will be provided 

  •  Access to a private Facebook page with others on this program for questions,  accountability, feedback and support.
